Diversity & Inclusion TraininG

Safe Space Trainings for Organizations and Businesses

Looking to teach your staff or members how they can create a safer space for the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community? In this training, Myles will guide everyone through diversity and inclusion training covering topics like pronoun use, and the difference between gender identity and sexuality as well as breaking down the meaning and history of what 2SLGBTQIA+ means. We will also go through easy ways you can make changes within your business or organization to make it a safer environment for everyone! Myles does all this through storytelling, creating a safe space for everyone to ask uncomfortable questions and teaching from their lived experience as a sober HIV-positive non-binary person.

Myles has done training for organizations such as LVMH (Fenty Beauty, KVD Beauty, OLE Hendrikson, Marc Jacobs Beauty, and Bite Beauty),  The Town of Collingwood, 1 Milk 2 Sugar Public Relations and Moodys Corporation.

Gender Neutral Clothing & Styling Training or Consulting

One of the fastest growing categories in fashion is offering gender neutral options for people to shop. Myles will help teach you about ways to help style people looking for more gender neutral silhouettes. All while teaching the use of inclusive language to help create a safe space for everyone when they enter your store. Hearing about their lived experience with navigating fashion as a trans non-binary person adds such a personal touch to storytelling that explains why people like Myles are looking for gender neutral options.

Myles also offers consulting options with brands looking for more guidance on designing gender neutral pieces within their collections, as well as ways to merchandise the store to allow for a less segregated flow of the customers shopping experience within the binaries of the assortment offered at the store.

Myles has worked in the past with the Reitmans Umbrella (RW&Co, Reitmans and Penningtons), Free People and Joe Fresh to help create social media education posts, and internal training modules to help consult and train staff and customers.

Public Speaking Engagements

Looking for a speaker at your next work conference? Myles Sexton loves sharing about their journey to understanding their gender identity as a Non Binary person all while becoming an international runway model and global make up artist. They also talk about how they reclaimed their power after getting an HIV positive diagnosis which helped lead to their sobriety.

  • "I've had the pleasure of working with Myles in various capacities and they are always so engaging and professional so when the opportunity came up to bring someone into our business to educate our staff on DEI we jumped at the chance to work with them again. Myles is thoughtful, kind, and full of energy and they bring a wealth of personal experience and understanding to topics that can be sensitive for some. Myles made everyone feel comfortable and we all left with a greater understanding and appreciation for the topics covered."

  • "I was particularly impressed with the way that you led these sessions with such openness. Many of the people at the training sessions were nervous and had questions that they wanted to ask and have answered. Your open minded and open-hearted approach truly creates a safe space where people can bring their curiosity and have their honest questions answered. I find that sometimes people don’t want to ask their burning questions because they don’t want to seem like they don’t know something and don’t want to say the wrong thing. You truly create an environment where people can ask questions and think more deeply about how to understand each other and support each other to be all of ourselves. In a world where there is often so much division and suspicion, you are helping to create a space of curiosity and open dialogue. Your Diversity Equity and Inclusion sessions foster greater belonging and open mindedness. I would strongly recommend any organization partner with you. Our community learned so much from your presentation and from the dialogue you encouraged."
